盆参りも佳境になりました。もうひと頑張りです。心身の体調を調え、乗り切る所存です。仏の加護を祈ります。さて前回は、理想を求め過ぎ、人の気持ちが分からなくなった鬼を ” 天邪鬼（あまのじゃく）” と呼ぶという話をしました。初めは健気に頑張るので 好感をもたれるのですが、自分のために動くので、徐々に人の願いと反対の行動をとってしまうのです。そして、これが進んだ末期の鬼を ” 餓鬼（がき）” と言い、こうなると存在自体が嫌われ、孤独になり、飢えと渇きに苦しむという話をしました。
ブログを見た方から 多くの共感の声があり、皆さんの周りにも餓鬼はいるんだと実感しました。また 餓鬼にならない方法を具体的に教えてほしいと問い合わせもありました。その方法は理論的には簡単です。仏教思想の根幹の「明るく、正しく、仲よく」生きることです。単純ですが、これが難しい・・・これらの中でも「明るく、仲よく」は感覚的にわかると思います。ポイントは、” 我 ” を入れないこと。” 私が ” 、明るく、仲よくしてあげてる！という感覚で生きてる人は、結果優先の尺度で生きるので 、人付き合いが長続きしません。（一つの環境に１、２年が限界 → 思い通りににならず、恨みを持って退散 … その繰り返しでドンドン居場所がなくなる） 本来は一歩下がり、周りを あたたかく照らし続けるイメージが大切です。努力は他人の為になして、はじめて功徳になるのです。
まさに、「おれが おれがの 我を捨てて おかげ おかげの 下で暮らせ」の境地です。
” 我 ” を捨てるためには、「正しさ」を見つめねばなりません。この正しさが さらに難しいのです。これもポイントを言いますと、正は「一たん止まる」で正しさ・・・先ほどから申している ” 我 ” が入っていないかを確認するためには、一たん止まらねばならないのです。止まって何を確認するのかといえば、恩、感謝、お陰さま、ありがとう・・・まさに人知を超えた恵みなのです。
忘恩のトライアングルを思い出してください。①柔軟性がなく、自らの正義（こうあるべき！という偏った価値観）に生きる人、②効率重視（自らの進め方）しか認められない潔癖な人、③もっと感謝されるべき！と自らの苦労をアピールする人 ・・・すべて「自分、自分、 自分」・・・人知を超えた恵みとは正反対の、自己中心的なトライアングルにはまるのです。これが本当に危ないのです。顔が×の状態で 余裕がなく、近くにいるだけで、ジト～っと 嫌な気分になるのです。まさしく餓鬼です。そういう人に限って、自分の成長をアピールして 人を見下すので要注意です。何が正しい成長かがわからないので、恩や感謝、お陰さま、ありがとうと言ってる人を嘲笑います。また餓鬼は、劣等感が強いため 人に甘えられず、腹いせに 自分がされた嫌なことを仕返しする性質もあるので注意しましょう。自分の行動を一たん止まって見つめられないのです。このように、” 我 ” が入ると、すべての善い行いが、逆効果になります。皆様は 我の鬼（ガキ）にならぬよう、覚えておいてくださいね。恩知らずは絶対幸せになれません。合掌
仁王像や四天王の下に踏まれて、反省するのが天邪鬼。反省、感謝、報恩のうち、反省はできるようです。
餓鬼は 我欲を貫いた結果ですので、勉強熱心で知的な者が多いようです。ただ功徳が積まれてないので報われず、なぜ自分が悪いのかと苦しみます。アイツより努力してるのに…と、恨み 怨みの連続で、反省、感謝、報恩はできません。
反省、感謝、報恩の修行が完成し、心穏やかな境地に至ったのが菩薩。×の顔ではない、〇の顔のイメージが伝わるでしょうか。はじめは みんなこの境地を目指すのですが・・・。
Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

If you’re still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you’ll know which is right for you.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
