本日は子供の日。次の日本を支える子達に幸あることを心より祈ります。しかし最近、時代の移り変わりの速さを痛烈に感じます。大人の皆さんは付いていってますか？（笑）。私は新しい考え方や価値観に戸惑うばかりです（汗）。世間では、仮想通貨、各種ハラスメント、様々な人工機能化・・・一昔前には考えられない話題ばかりです。これは人間の進化なんでしょうか。” 変わらぬ大事なもの ” を守っていく立場からすると、時代に合った、丁度良い 折り合いを考える今日この頃です。
考えてみましたら「平成」も終わりです。来年の今頃は 新しい年号になっています。私が小さい頃、明治・大正・昭和と３つ年号を体験された方は、凄いなぁ～って、生き証人のように見てましたが、いよいよ私もその立場になるのです。お参りに伺っても「最近、話が合う人がない。面白くない」と仰る方が多いです。昔の価値観が通用しないのです。 ” 愛の反対は無関心 ” ・・・たとえ身内が傍にいても、価値をを共有する人がなけれは、無口になるんだろなぁ と思います。
「新車症候群」というお話です。
お気に入りの新車が発表されたとたん、同じモデルの車を街で見かけるようになったことはありませんか？この現象は「新車症候群」と呼ばれるもので、潜在意識がそれを絶えず探し求めると、何度もそれを見つけることになるのです。要するに、何かを探し求めれば、それは必ず見つかるのです。これと同じ現象は新車だけではなく、ほとんど何にでも当てはまります。こんな実験をしてください。いかなる状況下でも、その中で、恩恵を探し求めるのです。それは必ず見つかります。もしうまくいけば、それは一度きりでやめてしまう必要はありません。毎日、実行してみてください。きっと幸せと感謝の気持ちがこみあげてきます。私たちは常に選択できるのですから、「こんなことになってしまって、もうどうしようもない」と絶望するのではなく、ポジティブな信念を持ち、すべてがうまくいくと予想したほうが得策です。要するにそれは、何を探し求めるかという問題です。（『あなたの潜在能力を引き出す２０の原則』 ジャック・キャンフィールド / ケント・ヒーリー 著 / 弓場隆 訳 ディスカヴァー）
人は自然とフォーカスする方に向かっていくのだと思います。車の免許を取る時、教習所でも教わりました。例えば、左車線にトラックが走っていたとして、意識してトラックの方をチラチラ見ていると、段々そっちに寄って行ってしまいます。だから「もっと目線を上に上げて、遠くを見ましょう！」と言われるのです。カーブでは、カーブの先の自分が行きたい方を見るはずです。行きたい所にフォーカスしないと危険です。それと同じように、幸せや、今あるものに視点を当てていたら、自分はなんて幸せな人生を歩んでいるのだろうと、幸福感に包まれます。不幸や、無いもの、足りないものばかりに視点を当てていたら、自分ばかりなぜ こんなにつらい人生を送っているのだろうと悲しくなります。「木を見て森を見ず」という言葉がありますが、今こそ現代人は 本当の幸せを考えねばならないと時期だと思います。いずれ自分に返ってくるのですから・・・私も微力ながら、時代に翻弄されない、ご恩、お陰、感謝、ありがとうといった ” 幸せの本質 ” を見つめて、法を説ければと思っています。合掌

「月影（月の光）は 届かない場所はないけれども、眺めている人の心にのみ 住んで（澄んで）いる」 月光と仏の慈悲を掛け合わせたお言葉です。
